Webhook URL is not set correctly when saving the settings form (PHP 8)

Problem/Motivation

In PHP 8.0, after saving settings, the Webhook URL is updated to be '1' instead of the value entered.

Steps to reproduce

Go to /admin/config/services/slack/config and enter your webhook URL. Click save. The value changes to '1' instead of the value entered.
