Update automated testing configuration

Problem/Motivation

The automated testing configuration is out-of-date. This is causing, for example, that it attempts to run tests on Drupal 10 and PHP 7.4, a combination that will never work.

Proposed resolution

Update the testing configuration for a updated set of PHP, database, and Drupal versions.

I removed the Drupal CI tests for the 8.x-1.x branch. 7.x-1.x still uses Drupal CI, an issues exists to remove Drupal CI for 7.x, 📌 Gitlab CI D7 Needs review
