Update the library to 4.17.7

A focus issue in Firefox was fixed, but not completely in my experience. I commented on the upstream issue, but maybe we should postpone updating here until that's cleared up.

Not much response in that issue, so I decided to work around the issue by removing a couple unnecessary styles from tagify.css, making the .tagify__input element span the full element width again. No sure why they were added in the first place.

Merged with 1.0.x, it will be part of the next release.
