/taxonomy/term/id redirects pushed multiple times for multilingual setup

Moving to minor.

This might be related to 🐛 Redirects do not preserve language Fixed because it seems like translated terms where the paths are the same (except the prefix) have this problem.

I'm testing this more today. Fix is happening here:
