Thank you for working on this.

Two things.

First off - the problem is not that hook_help() is missing, it just hasn't been added. So it's more correct to indicate that it needs to be added.

Secondly, hook_help should be used for more than simply adding the description from the info file, which is also available from the modules page; it should instead be used to provide documentation, which is why a lot of people just render the README.md file.

Setting this to "needs work" as the documentation in hook_help() needs improvements.

I made changes in the .module file and created a .help.yml file. need review!

I applied the MR d3eeed9a and 90f41d96 in my local with drupal core version 9.5.6 and confirmed that the help page documentation improved.
