Move automatic generation of path aliases to the pathauto submodule

Support for automatic path_alias generation was added in ✨ Automatically generate URL alias for new/updated external entities Fixed . Due to its dependency on the pathauto module, I think it's better to have this functionality in the external_entities_pathauto submodule.
