Update README.md file according to README.md template

Verified the MR!2 and tested it on Drupal version 10.1.x and Select With Search version 1.0.2. Patch applied cleanly with a warning message as follows:

2.diff:93: trailing whitespace.
1. Configure the SelectWithSearch at (/admin/structure/types/manage/<content type>/form-display).

warning: 1 line adds whitespace errors.

As per README.md template → , bulleted lists should be denoted by dashes (-). Need to correct that for Configuration section.

I have added the before and after screenshots for reference.

While applying patch, the following is observed:
