Update Google Analytics module to V4 to allow using GA4 keys

Problem/Motivation

The Google Analytics V3 module does not allow inserting the GA4 key, and it's hardcoded for the UA (universal Analytics) key.

Steps to reproduce

  • Go to /admin/config/system/google-analytics
  • You will see the "Web Property ID" is locked to start with UA-

Proposed resolution

Update the Google Analytics module to V4.
