Use Dependency Injection (DI) in WxTHttp4xxController

Problem/Motivation

As a follow-on to issue #3337399: wxt_core: 404 error pages not rendering → , update the WxTHttp4xxController class code to fully use Dependency Injection (DI), so that the static call to \Drupal::service('renderer')->render() can be replaced, compliant with Drupal coding standards.

Proposed resolution
