hook_help function missing in .module file

MR !1 works fine in drupa 9.5 with php version 8.1.

Module not present in D9.5.9, Not working for me.

Verified the MR1 on 9.5.9 & help() is added. Adding screenshots for reference & it can be moved to RTBC
