Allow to choose media view mode for layout background image

Problem/Motivation

Currently when adding new RocketshipCoreBaseLayout we are able to choose background image,
The view mode is hardcoded to layout_builder_background.
It would be nice to choose the view mode, so we can define layouts more flexible , f.e. providing view modes with different aspect ratios of images.

Proposed resolution

Extend layout configuration form with select list allowing to choose from available view modes. Default the option to layout_builder_background for backwards compatibility.

Create MR.

User interface changes

When adding new LB Layout/section, editors can use new select list to choose view mode for background image.
