How to remove this from Drupal 10 ?

Design themes
in the design themes there is a record that the topic is relevant. But it is not displayed in the theme. If I delete a directory from the server, I get an error in the status report and cannot update the core.
I deleted what I found in the database. How do I completely remove this from drupal?

I cant remove classy from 10.3. If I do, I get
Undefined array key "classy" ThemeHandler.php:74

It is not installed on my appearance page either.

Going to try and do a release soon that unhides the theme

But now fixes
1. Edit the core.extension file to remove there.
2. Edit the classy.info.yml file and remove the hidden: true part.
