Undefined config can lead to errors

Just so I am clear this is when you are writing a functional test that explicitly calls wxt_library you get this error?

It doesn't show up in my drush site install, phpunit, phpcs, and behat so want to make sure I add any missing test cases.

My tests did not explicitly call wxt_library, but was run on a profile that uses blocks from wxt_library.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
