Schema for field_settings and storage is missing

I applied the patch #2 against the Reference value pair module
3.0.0-alpha2 and with core version 9.5.3 and it has new errors after the patch was applied.

xD check the details about this last error, while one of field is boolena type and you have this value saved like 1 or 0, then config inspector inform you that this value should be TRUE or FALSE. Resave this field settings form should resolve your error and value will be TRUE or FALSE.
