Do you have patch from ✨ Allow separate threads with same members Needs review applied?
Some users get this message after they sent a message to a user:
"You can not send a message because there are no active users left in this thread."
This happens even when a user has previously replied to a message from this user. They can still send a message to that user by going to the person's profile page and click the "Send private message", but not from the thread page or the main page.
