Combine forces with config_views project

What are the pros & cons of each compared to the other (other than this being D10-ready?)

I think largely they overlap a lot.

config_views

• More installed modules 2K vs 100
• It creates more Views to replace core lists.
• More fields out of the box
• more filters
• dev branch is d10 ready, just needs a 2.0.+ release to make it public

config_view

• Has a nice interface for determining what config entities to surface in Views.
• D10 ready
