Hi and thanks for the quick response.
I'am trying to create and issue in https://www.drupal.org/node/add/project-issue/unpublished_nodes_redirect → but received message that my issue is marked as spam, and now I need to wait certain amount of seconds (around 40 min) in order to write something.
What should I do to publish this issue?

Hello @vishal.kadam,
you are not able to see content that is unpublished by our too aggressive spam filter. When a community member complains about content not showing up, be careful about jumping to conclusions. Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
