Permission to fork module

Hello, first off fantastic module. I've been leveraging on a few USWDS based projects by importing specific configuration. But some of the new changes have broken things on our end and added some bootstrap specific configuration that doesn't apply to other libraries. Would like permission to fork this module for our use case.

Custom/in-house projects would not be stored on d.org (as another drupal module) but then to a private repo. I'm assuming you mean to upstream from this project, in general.

Overall, we are not support to 'fork' projects in this light.
Hopefully, you'll open issues and submit patches and help this tool grow! cheers.
