Number of results setting does not work

Setting to Needs work for another issue I found: when setting setting a limit higher than 10, the widget will always show max 10 items. This should be configured through the tagify maxItems setting.

I added a #max_items property to the element, which is passed to the widget and afterwards to the JS code through a data attribute. This way, the autocomplete matcher in backend and the widget in frontend are aligned.
