Add sourcemaps

We should add sourcemaps back to the build process.

Sourcemaps were originally removed in this commit: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/lightship/-/commit/a6b45d747d180a9167...

I'm not familiar with Pareview, but I believe saving sourcemaps to a separate file would solve any issues with performance.

When sourcemaps are saved to a separate file the only extra code added is a one-line comment at the end of the file and sourcemaps are only loaded when DevTools is open.
