Support Views

* I'm not sure about simply adding routes for simply all views-provided pages. We should only do that if the view is using CE-enabled display plugins or maybe we could provide a simple option to denote the provided page to render as Custom-elements?

* I think we should keep lupus_ce_renderer focussed on providing the CE-renderering code & API, but avoid adding lots of specific glue code to it. Views is an optional and important module, so I think it would be fine to add support for it as a dedicated, optional module. I'd propose to add this to lupus_decoupled_views so we could have one module that adds routes and display plugins, all in one place. Make sense?

A separate module, also helps gaining visibility that this feature exists for site-builders.
