Metatag 2 compatibility

This will hopefully fix the problems.

Is it possible to get these changes into a dev branch? Currently you cannot install 2.0.0 and then patch it as composer will throw requirement conflicts.

While the changes are not extensive, it might be worth doing a new branch to avoid conflicts between Metatag v1 and Metatag v2.

Thanks for the advice! I have created a new branch, https://www.drupal.org/project/custom_meta/releases/2.1.x-dev → which is specific to metatag 2.0 compatibility.

Patch has been committed to 2.1.x branch.
