hook_help function missing in .module file

I applied your MR in my local with Drupal 9.5.3, it worked for me the module has now the hook_help() method.

I'm not sure why changes contain - // Main module help for the 'Like & Dislike' module.

anyway, I fixed it and merged the MR.
Changes will be added to the next release.
