Micon Link module doesn't display addable icons

Just tried this with @LRWebks and we where not able to reproduce it.

@grevil do you remember the circumstances? Fresh ddev instance or some kind of probably misconfigured migration project or something like this?

We tried to diable JS, to see if a JS error could be the cause, but the widget still appears as simple select then.

@LRWebks was finally able to reproduce the issue using an older issue branch. So whatever it caused, its not reproducable in the current 2.x-dev. So this should be fixed already.
