Change configuration from entity type to bundle based

Problem/Motivation

Allow opting in at a bundle level rather than entity type.

The MR presently always shows the *all* and each bundle checkbox. Might be good to add some kind of JS magic to hide bundles when the special *all* checkbox is unchecked, per entity type.
