Button doesn't appear on CKEditor toolbar once you install module automatically, you need to add it to CKEditor toolbar manually in "Text formats and editors" config (see screenshot):
- for Full HTML: admin/config/content/formats/manage/full_html?destination=/admin/config/content/formats

if you have enabled the module, enabled CKEditor 5 and this button is not in the list of available buttons - that might be an issue.
