After upgrading to PHP 8.1.13 I get the following error message
Deprecated function: Return type of Drupal\rules\Engine\ActionExpressionContainer::getIterator() should either be compatible with IteratorAggregate::getIterator(): Traversable, or the #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] attribute should be used to temporarily suppress the notice in include() (line 13 of modules/contrib/rules/src/Engine/ActionExpressionContainer.php).

+1 for a new alpha release with this fix in it.
PHP7 had been EOL for 6 months now. Please can we get a new release?
No wonder so many people are hating on Rules... it has been over 9 months and still no release.
