Entity filter causes problems when there are too many values set.

Problem/Motivation

When setting a lot of filter values, the default max length of 128 can be exceeded, causing problems when rendering the block.

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup view with an adaptable block and add an expsed entity filter with autocomplete display
2. Place block in pagedesigner
3. Check a lot of filter values
4. Reload page
