Drupal 10 compatibility issues

This adds the "require" line to composer.json to hopefully resolve the test failures.

I cannot work out what's causing the deprecations that are causing the failure:

Unsilenced deprecation notices (9)

  6x: stripos(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($haystack) of type string is deprecated
    6x in GatsbyEntityLoggerTest::testEntityInsert from Drupal\Tests\gatsby\Kernel

  3x: strpos(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($haystack) of type string is deprecated
    3x in GatsbyEntityLoggerTest::testEntityInsert from Drupal\Tests\gatsby\Kernel

Otherwise this is ready to go.

I've committed what we have so far. Thanks everyone.

We still need to fix the deprecations.

The automated tests are failing with the following:

16:16:57 sudo chown -R 1001 /var/lib/mysql
16:16:57 /bin/bash: sudo: command not found
16:16:57 chmod -R 777 /var/lib/mysql
16:17:02 Build step 'Execute shell' marked build as failure

When trying to check fastbuild logs explicit accessCheck exception thrown.
attached patch will resolve the issue.

I don't think #13 is the correct approach. Prior to D10 the default was accessCheck(TRUE) on any query which didn't specify otherwise, so I think we should be defaulting to TRUE here.

I think the test failure here is unrelated, see #3328181-14: Deprecate "Only log entities for published content" setting and refactor hooks. → for the fix.

#13 works for me.
