Convert Drupal to being comprised of actual Symfony Recipes

I'm wondering, can we not move drupal into Symfony recipes?

Because now it uses the latest Symfony and is compatible with it.

As you know, drupal's API modules are good enough, unlike Symfony's API platform recipes (https://github.com/api-platform/api-platform). That would be great if I could access both in one project. Because each day, we spend time developing our API modules. But there are great tools in Symfony recipes. There would be many use cases, but we need to consider that.

The ideas queue is deprecated so moving this to the core queue.

It's not clear to me what the proposal is here- Drupal is built on individual Symfony components, not the full stack framework, Symfony recipes rely on Symfony bundles which we also don't use in core, and symfony/flex which isn't a core dependency either. So which concrete thing in Drupal that currently doesn't use symfony components would be replaced with which concrete thing from Symfony?
