Add LocalBusiness organization subtype

I've spent quite some time trying to figure about how to add a local business using this module, but I couldn't.

Maybe I am the problem and sim ply didn't understand how to do it.

so it's quite the simple case of a local business with 3 branches (3 addresses, 3 phone numbers, different photo for each) with different opening hours and with a lunch break.

can anyone please help me to figure it out ?

if the above is not currently possible, would it be possible to input valid MARKUP into a text field to replace entire subsections ?

for example, in this module, I would select Organization -> Localbusiness and then -> "Custom" and a TEXTFIELD would appear where I would input the formatted structured data.

This is a feature request as the LocalBusiness subtype of Organization is not currently supported.
First commit to issue fork.

I have done some basic setup based on other config, if someone is more experienced with the module they can continue when wanted.
If there has been no progress when I get back to it, ill continue where i left off.
