Fix the code that broke the Automated test

Working on it.

I think this issue can be closed as won't fix.

Running the test on modal_page 5.0.x, no errors found:

PHPUnit 9.5.28 by Sebastian Bergmann and contributors.

Strange because when the tests was configured to run automatically in the Drupal.org it was failing on Drupal CI on this Job: https://www.drupal.org/pift-ci-job/2541821 →

But no problems, I'll configure the Tests to run again in the D.O to verify if it pass we'll close this issue. The is a status Closed (worked as designed)

The tests really seems

The CI's Job at D.O is failing at https://www.drupal.org/pift-ci-job/2584430 → is related to composer but I didn't investigated deeper so keeping this open for now just to track this

It looks like 5.0.x-dev is running on PHP 5.3 & MySQL 5.5, should these be bumped up to PHP 8.1 & MySQL 5.7?
