Running the latest dev version at the time of writing this (8.x-1.0-rc6+5-dev) on Drupal 9.4. with php 8.1.11.
I clicked on the number of revisions link for a content type from admin/config/content/node_revision_delete. When the page in admin/config/content/node_revision_delete/candidate_revisions/[type name] loaded, I got the following error:
