EVP error when select checkboxes widget on taxonomy condition

Problem/Motivation

There is an error when i want access to the content type which have the entity_visibility_preview field.

Steps to reproduce

- Create a vocabulary
- Create a term and under term on this vocabulary
- Add the field entity_preview on a content type
- Enable Taxonomy condition and select the vocubulary
- Then go to Home > Administration > Configuration > Content authoring > Entity Visibility Preview and select Checkboxes widget and the vocabulary.
- Create a content and the site crash

Proposed resolution

Just change the way to get the depth on term in code.
