I was able to spin up sites with Drupal 9.x or Drupal 7.x respectively.
Use case: try to install Drupal 9.5 or Drupal 7.92 with more than one contributed module selected. I got errors for both Drupal 9.5.0-rc1 and Drupal 7.92
Example from my test with 7.92:
"Can't cd to /var/www/html/sites/all/modules/entity_translation"
It appears that the contributed module(s) was/were not added as expected.
