#3317493: Integrate into core menus → has silently dropped support for PHP 7. While constructor property promotion is a great thing, I don't think it's worth sacrificing backwards compatibility.
Use latest dev branch on PHP 7.4.
Define and assign properties the old fashioned way!

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
PHP 7.4 is no longer supported. I don't think we want to take a step backwards at this point.
Although PHP7.4 is not recommended, it is still supported by Drupal >= 9.4: https://www.drupal.org/docs/system-requirements/php-requirements#versions →
IMO, support for PHP version should follow Drupal core's support.
