Problem/Motivation

Create a widget that will autocomplete the username from drupal.org
We can avoid the possibility of entering the wrong username.

  • Create an autocomplete widget
  • Create controller which returns the json data from drupal.org

    I like it and I think it is very useful.

    But if the user just paste d.o. URL, fatal error is thrown: The website encountered..., and Log brings this:

    Error: Call to a member function __isset() on null in Drupal\do_username\DOUserInfoRetriever->isValidUser() (line 79 of /code/web/modules/contrib/do_username/src/DOUserInfoRetriever.php).
