Ensure that the workflow state field is added to newly created entity types

Steps to reproduce

If I run drush si -y; drush en wse_config entity_workflow_content -y; I don't get the entit_workflow_content field.

Proposed resolution

Andrei suggested that we clear the list of supported entity types as new modules are installed so the entity workflow field can be added to the new entity.

Looked into this today and the problem is a bit wider: we need to add the workflow state field(s) when a new entity type is installed.
