Replace README.txt with README.md

There is some issue with the patch.

3.diff.txt:9: trailing whitespace.
This module allows you to bulk import the contents of folders from Acquia DAM

Acquia DAM, allowing you to have assets in Drupal without having to first
warning: 3 lines add whitespace errors.

ravi kant → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

I have fixed the patch applying issue.

Reviewed MR!3, the file is not cleanly applied:

1. Change the Configuration text as mentioned below.

## Configuration

The module has no menu or modifiable settings. There is no configuration. When
enabled, the module will prevent the links from appearing. To get the links
back, disable the module and clear caches.
