Remove auto added empty field from multiple values field.

arturs.v → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

Came across this issue as I have a similar requirement. Patch no longer applies to the latest Drupal core version - re-rolled and opened a MR.

Tested the MR on Drupal 10.3.5 and it works perfectly fine.

Unfortunately, this is not ready for commit. For an issue to be RTBC it should have a completed issue summary using the standard template and pass all the Core Gates → . Unfortunately, the issue summary is not complete and there are no testing of this change.

I am also concerned that there has been no action or reply to comment #3. I also think this is a duplicate and some searching should be done to find the other issue or issues. One of those may even provide a test.

I found the other issue, it is 🐛 Fields with unlimited cardinality show 1 extra input field Needs work . I am closing this as a duplicate an moving credit.
