Rocketship blocks should check if field cb_text_alignment exists

Problem/Motivation

When you remove the field_cb_text_alignment from a block, the display of that block crashes.
This because of _rocketship_blocks_text_preprocess_block
which assumes the block is there.

Steps to reproduce

Remove _rocketship_blocks_text_preprocess_block
Go to a page with a text block.

Proposed resolution

Check if the field exists first.
