Types "Image + Text" has high potential for misunderstanding - consider renaming it

Problem/Motivation

TBH its probably the first time I hear about this problem, but a customer tried to use the "Image/Video + Text" element for a vertical "Image + Text"-element.

I totally understand he thought this is the right element for the job. Furthermore the Layout Paragraphs preview will show this component vertical, if the width becomes to low (so it falls back in the mobile/vertical layout).

Technically its a Media Object component (with some .. special options like image floating, ...), but its only vertical on mobile devices.

We have the "Card" element for pretty much the same job, but with a vertical layout.

    Image + Video are removed in the past.

    I considered renaming this.. but didn't find a better name. So let's leave it as Image + Text. I have removed the option to have the image and text in two separate columns (what could be easiliy achieved using a layout), so it's only limited to the special skills of this type:
    - floating images into text
    - cropping floated images with clippy, so the text follows this path
