Audit usage of custom CSS that could be replaced by using more common classes in markup

Problem/Motivation

As an example: issues like #3310874: Tabs for multiple sources do not change cursor → , #3305983: Make categories clickable on detail page → , #3293694: Increase click target on remove-filter on the "chip" → and others have introduced cursor: pointer; instead of using class="button" in the markup
