Problem/Motivation

I discovered that I was able to add absolute urls in link fields in my Drupal 9.3.22 (PHP 8.0.13) site, despite the link_fix_absolute_urls module being installed.

Steps to reproduce

Install link_fix_absolute_urls module on any Drupal site running PHP 8 and test
