since the requirements of ankitpokhrel/tus-php prevent Symfony 4 we will need a new Major release 3.0.0 for the Drupal 10 work as it cannot be compatible with Drupal 8 or 9

@jwjoshuawalker - would it be possible to get a new release with this patch included?
It would make it a lot easier for us to use composer to get the right dependency versions.

Merged and release 2.1 created. Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
