Add alias to Views filters

Problem/Motivation

When creating a view of "Menu Link Content", it's possible to display either the node's raw URI or its alias, e.g. by rewriting "Menu Link Content: Link" with the replacement patterns "{{ link__uri__uri }}" or "{{ link__uri }}" respectively.

However, it seems that it's only possible to filter by the raw URI.

Filtering on the alias would be really useful for, say, limiting the result sto only the children of a specific menu item (assuming that the hierarchy is reflected in the path).
