sae_exclude setting should respect workflow and revisions

Thanks for the patch. I was having the same issue and I tried this patch to apply to my project. It applied well so thanks for it. However it didn't solve my problem completely as I have translatable content as well. I've modified your patch to make the field also translatable.

I think I didn't add my code in the best way and I applied it to your branch which could cause some problems to people using your previous one. I'm not totally used to issue forks now, so pease, let me know if I have to revert it and do it in another way.
