Remove the "core" key from the .info.yml file and update the value for the "core_version_requirement" key

The core key isn't used anymore in Drupal 9 and the latest Drupal 8.x releases; the core_version_requirement key requires Drupal 8.7.7. The following lines in the .info.yml file need to be changed.

core: 8.x
core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9
