Project browser devel module: Local storage not clear when we clear the drupal cache

I think Fran figured out that this was related to the dummy source plugin specifically, which only really matters for testing. Can't recall if he wanted to fix it or not. Assigning to Fran for review.

I tested and in the current project_browser iteration we don't even offer the random plugin anymore because, as Chris said, it is only used for the tests. I tested with the devel and source example plugin and this issue doesn't happen anymore.

So I'm closing the issue.
