Disabling dates

There is a new MR that tries to extend a little the widgets.

From issue description - for now it should cover:

- Having Disable specific days in week setting (checkboxes).
It helps for disable calendar dates for Weekend days.

- Use maxDate & minDate for disabling dates, the value is integer
maxDate: new Date().fp_incr(settings.maxDate)
Easy way to disable all dates outside a given period - from today (minDate 0) to 100 days (maxDate 100)
